Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Finance & Controlling department (Accounting, Procurement & HR).
  • To process accounting documents, requisitions, invoices, expense accounts and other operating reports.
  • To handle accounting entries on the system.
  • To maintain positive relationship with clients
  • To file related financial & other related documents.
  • To cope with other ad hoc duties.
  • To assist in HR duties and reporting of accounts.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

  • HSC/Diploma/Degree.
  • Experience as Trainee Accounts will be a definite advantage.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication & time management skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines.
  • Learn about the range of products we have and their purpose
  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Ability to understand accounts and comfortable to write reports

About You:

  • Excellent people & negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills and decision-making skills
  • Experience in building construction industry would be a bonus
  • Minimum of 1-2 years work experience
  • Be professionally presented
  • Must be Punctual and Absences not tolerated

During Training:

Base Salary: (Depends on experience)

After Training:
Plus, Productivity Allowance
Plus, Presence Bonus Rs 500
