About the job Sales Manager

In the capacity of a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading and expanding our Sales Department. This position integrates strategic planning, team leadership, and direct client engagement, working closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth and enhance the employer's presence in the IT services market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed monthly and annual sales targets within the business.
  • Develop, structure and manage the Sales Department under the guidance of the Head of Sales & Marketing.
  • Execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Partner with clients (primarily local SMEs) to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives.
  • Generate reports and data for sales analysis and realistic forecasts for the Management Team.
  • Assist with product/services pricing strategies.

Required Profile and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally leading teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in information technology would be an advantage.
  • Ability to present solutions to clients.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute sales strategies.
  • Leadership skills to manage, motivate, and delegate within the Sales Team.
  • Ability to lead by example and act with integrity.
  • Familiarity with Odoo or other CRM and reporting systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with other departments.
  • Strong communication and business sense.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
