On behalf of our client, we are seeking a forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead the company's AI-driven marketing initiatives. In this role, you will focus on strategy, oversight, and optimization while leveraging AI tools to execute campaigns, create content, and maintain the clients brand presence. You will act as a one-person marketing department, directing AI-generated work, ensuring messaging accuracy, and approving deliverables to clearly communicate the company's engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & AI Oversight:
- Develop and manage a structured marketing plan aligned with company goals and the X100 framework.
- Set strategy and guide AI-powered marketing tools to execute digital campaigns, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Approve and refine AI-generated content, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Maintain campaign calendars, track KPIs, and optimize initiatives based on performance analytics.
- Content Development & Brand Messaging:
- Direct AI tools to generate marketing materials including website content, case studies, brochures, and LinkedIn posts.
- Translate complex engineering solutions into clear, engaging messaging for industrial audiences.
- Review and approve project highlights, client success stories, and visual assets created by AI or external partners.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Oversee website content, ensuring it remains professional, current, and SEO-optimized.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and market reach.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary liaison between company leadership, AI marketing platforms, and external consultants.
- Coordinate communications, campaign execution, and updates to marketing assets.
- Provide monthly performance summaries and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ad Hoc Support:
- Provide flexible support on special projects, AI system updates, and other assignments as directed by the client.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience strategizing and directing marketing campaigns—experience managing AI-driven content creation is highly desirable.
- Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and CRM/email marketing software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated content and ensure alignment with brand voice, technical accuracy, and marketing objectives.
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing, automation, or content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar).
- Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, or data-driven marketing.
- Experience working with external marketing programs or agencies (e.g., X100).
- Background in technical or industrial marketing environments.
Working Hours:
Part Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m Central Time
Pay: $1000+ $55 Allowance per month
