We are seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations and maintain a secure, efficient digital environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing SaaS applications and Google Workspace, handling user onboarding and access controls, monitoring backups, and supporting process improvements through automation, along with various ad hoc IT tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-User IT Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues across the organization
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related concerns
- Provide timely and professional support to remote team members
- SaaS Application Management
- Administer and maintain company-wide SaaS tools and platforms
- Monitor system performance, usage, and updates
- Ensure tools are optimized and aligned with business needs
- Google Workspace Administration
- Manage users, groups, permissions, and shared resources
- Maintain admin configurations, security settings, and policies
- Troubleshoot Workspace-related issues and implement improvements
- Backups & Data Integrity
- Monitor automated backups and ensure successful completion
- Verify data integrity and recovery readiness
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing
- User Lifecycle Management
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions for employees
- Set up accounts, permissions, and required tools for new hires
- Ensure secure deactivation and data handling during offboarding
- Access & Permission Control
- Provision and audit user access across systems
- Enforce the principle of least privilege
- Conduct regular access reviews to maintain security compliance
- Security & Best Practices
- Guide secure system usage and IT best practices
- Identify potential risks and recommend improvements
- Support the implementation of security protocols and policies
- Workflow Automation
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend automation solutions
- Implement automation to streamline repetitive IT and operational tasks
- Domains & DNS Management
- Manage domain registrations and DNS configurations
- Troubleshoot domain-related issues and ensure uptime
- Ad Hoc Support
Assist with additional IT and operational tasks as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
- Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (e.g., project management, CRM, communication tools)
- Understanding of access control, security best practices, and user lifecycle management
- Experience with DNS and domain management
- Knowledge of backup and recovery processes
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, scripting) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially in remote environments
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.
Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time
Pay: 800 + $55 Allowance per month
