MoveMobility is seeking a WordPress Developer to elevate our digital presence and support organizational growth. Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using WordPress and Elementor.

Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

Integrate websites with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other third-party platforms to enhance automation and lead tracking.

Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience to ensure seamless functionality.

Implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance lead generation and user engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, UX specialists, and data analysts to set up and maintain tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to ensure accurate behavioral data collection.

Assist in the technical implementation of A/B testing, event tracking, and user behavior analysis tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize the website for conversions, tracking, and data collection.

Ensure SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

Stay updated with web development trends and best practices to improve website functionality.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Web Developer specializing in WordPress and Elementor.

Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce integrations in WordPress.

Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce integrations.

Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, and API integrations.

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices.

Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with custom WordPress plugin development.

Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking implementation.

Familiarity with A/B testing tools and event tracking setup.

Experience with other CMS platforms.

Education

WEB Applications Development, Digital Marketing or related.

Experience

2+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites, preferably using Elementor Experience integrating websites with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and implementing SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking Background in web performance optimization, A/B testing, and collaboration with marketing and UX teams to enhance user experience.
