Quality Engineering Technical Architect (Automation & AI)

We are recruiting a Quality Engineering Technical Architect (Automation & AI) (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon working on a hybrid basis.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
• At least 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Architecture roles, with responsibility for solution design and technical delivery.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Quality Engineering and test automation architectures in complex enterprise environments across multiple teams and applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript, with hands-on experience building frameworks, integrations, and reusable components.
• Solid experience in test automation, including APIs, web applications, system integrations, CI/CD, Git, cloud environments, and container-based platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions (LLMs or AI Agents) in production environments.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions, provide technical leadership, and effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
