Senior Performance and Optimization Consultant

We are recruiting a Senior Performance and Optimization Consultant to reinforce our team in Madrid, working on-site.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field;
• 4 years (minimum) of experience in technology consulting/complex systems administration;
• Knowledge of internal database operations Oracle is a must;
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB is a plus;
• Knowledge of cloud database services is a plus;
• Experience in SQL skills, including interpreting SQL execution plans and optimizing heavy queries;
• Experience in understanding and interpreting database performance metrics and monitoring tools;
• Experience in understanding and interpretation of operating system performance metrics/counters and indicators;
• Experience with scripting tools (AWK, Perl, Excel macros, etc.).
