Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Executive

We are looking for proven sales talents to sell MPower solutions to retailers. He or she is responsible for developing and executing steps in sales pipeline to convert lead to close through cold calling, prospecting business initiatives and on-boarding. This role is also responsible for continuous innovations and implementations of practices to drive customers’ adoption and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute accounts’ plans – identifying, managing and closing opportunities within accounts to drive KPIs on revenue, number of point of sales, level of usage and GMV through our solutions
  • Understand customers’ business critical challenges and advise appropriate business solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders and key influencers to convert business opportunities throughout sales pipeline process
  • Lead proof-of-concepts through preparing, presenting and evaluating our solutions to customers
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement regularly to attain targets
  • Generate adoption insights and develop customer success practices to deliver mutual win continuously
  • Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, IT, Finance and other areas of the business, including external partners / vendors

Required Competency:

  • A natural sales hunter who is results oriented with great priority setting and problem solving skills
  • Highly customer oriented with effective communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen about SaaS and knowledge of retailing are highly preferred
  • Strong skills in setting up metrics and measuring works
  • Agile and flexible on balancing sales related preparation, technical support and service fulfillment responsibility occasionally at any given time
  • Open to change and embrace possibility with a can-do attitude
  • Willing and able to collaborate with shared and opened resources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Experience:

  • Degree holder with 3 – 8 years of experience carrying quota and closing deals in SaaS, technology sales or corporate B2B business
  • Knowledge and concept in business application solutions are highly preferred
  • Experience and business connection in retailing would be a strong plus
