Counter Sales Agent

Job Overview

The Counter Sales Agent is responsible for customer engagement, customer service and sales generation by providing expert advice and information relating to products, services and offers to walk-in customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12
• Sales certification (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour
• Proven experience in a sales related role (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales (Mandatory)
