Job Overview
The Workshop Service Manager oversees all workshop operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and professional service delivery. The role includes active traffic management and coordination of all vehicle movements, ensuring smooth workflow, minimising bottlenecks, and supporting productivity during peak periods. Responsibilities further include staff supervision, safety compliance, resource allocation, quality control, customer engagement, and continuous improvement in workshop processes and service offerings. Must be based in Pretoria and/ or surrounding areas
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Tertiary qualifications advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' experience in workshop management or a supervisory role
- Advanced tyre failure analysis, wheel alignment and undercarriage knowledge
- Strong technical fault‑finding and diagnostic capabilities
- Exposure to HR and interdepartmental coordination
- Ability to conduct technical training for new or existing staff
- Strong communication skills across all levels
