  • Cooperate and deal occurring issues with Internal/external team (OSD , IT, Vendor) when create new products and services.
  • Discuss and solve with Vendor related with Technical issue and Network Security.
  • Deeply analysis third level report for new service, network optimization/network risk and cross check for operation).
  • Manage PC, Any Desk and Network Access permission for Vendor and MOC members.
  • Review and create SOP developed by Own(Internal) and other (Vendor)
  • Support smoothly running Auto Ticketing System for MOC members.
  • Handling 3rd level support contract renewable process.
  • Understand overall network architecture and third party devices related with MOC.
