Fixed Service Analysis Engineer

Job Descriptions:

To analyze fixed traffic (E.g., FTTH, B2B, PSTN) and TT (Trouble Ticket) trend to improve service quality.

To enhance the analysis (Find out relationship between Fixed traffic and other data) to get the best results.

To do the analysis for improving the service quality of existing networks.

To follow up the TT information and discuss with related stakeholders.

To make traffic and TT analysis report timely.

To present traffic and TT analysis report to DGMs, Directors & CTOs accurately.

To visualize and disclose traffic data to related departments to accomplish the solution of customer feedback.

To learn, introduce and maintain automation (E.g., RPA, Excel VBA, python).
