Network Design Supervisor

We would like to recruit Myanmar Nationals only.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

• To support daily provisioning work of B2C & B2B services (New work orders and service change request).
• To monitor & check of user configuration logs by using Robot System and manual config if need.
• To join dunning activities for B2C/B2B service billing Team request such as Suspend/Reopen monthly base by using Robot Systems.
• To cooperate and support with relative team of B2C/B2B based on change request & service testing for new install & new launch area.
• To report daily order provisioning status & network status to Manager.

Skill Requirements are as follows:

• Networking skill (N+, CCNA).
• Microsoft (Advanced Excel & Power Point).
• English (intermediate).
• Additionally, Programming skill (Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.)
