About the job Wireless Front Office Engineer
- To monitor network (Wireless) status from NMS (Network management system) in Wireless parts at Mobile Operation Center, check the critical/major/minor alarms generated and inform to local service provider (LSP) base on level of alarm severities.
- To coordinate local service provider by trouble ticket and work order within Service Level Agreement (SLA) ,by via phone to fix the failure alarm and to improve the network performance.To analyze occurs Alarms for troubleshooting and also learning Back office responsibile work.
- To cooperate with team members to improve their team work abilities.
- To support incident manager for service recovery (Optional for senior FO).
