About the job Call Center Agent

Job Descriptions:

  • Field inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as necessary through the call center operations system
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide necessary information and solutions.
  • Listen to customers voice and leave the records.
  • Execute database operations such as change of subscribers' information, etc.
  • Other duties as may be assigned time to time by the Company.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Problem-solving skills ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
