About the job Call Center Agent
Job Descriptions:
- Field inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as necessary through the call center operations system
- Answer customer inquiries and provide necessary information and solutions.
- Listen to customers voice and leave the records.
- Execute database operations such as change of subscribers' information, etc.
- Other duties as may be assigned time to time by the Company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Problem-solving skills ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
