About the job Project & Operation Lead (Value Added Services)

  • To handle VAS system & service for high availability & stability.
  •  To cooperate with vendors, related department and 3rd party partners to process project, Operation & Maintenance smoothly
  • To manage new project to deliver service per timeline and corporate internal & external stakeholders to be able to provide new value for customers
  • To analyze service and resource trend to plan to provide stable system and service.
  • To manage issues and complaints to provide stable VAS service and reduce further issues
  • To support team member upgrading skill and knowledge to make them handle the operation & the project independently.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years experience in IT system Development, especially VAS system.
  • Project management Skill

Have skill to handle entire project with related methodologies to deliver project gool.

  • Communication Skill

Have ability to discuss actively and understand easily when communicating with internal team, external stakeholder and other operators.

  • Service planning & incident handling

Have ability of service planning & capacity analysis , enough skill of incident handling, root cause analysis & improvement .

  • Have sufficient technical and functional knowledge & skill such as tradtional telecom product & IT related product , IP infra , telecom & IT related protocol , SMS,USSD, DB, API, office tools ,language , problem solving etc...
