Job Description
  • To lead team for achieving organizational goal.
  • To develop projects with minimum investment plan and maximum effectiveness.
  • To convince management about approval on budget/new project/new technologies and to report the project progress regularly.
  • To manage IP network planning, upgrading, construction, troubleshooting.
  • To monitor IP network quality in terms of packet loss, latency, reliability, availability and plan to improve to fulfill customer satisfaction.
  • To collaborate with vendors for IP network enhancement, optimization, new solutions/technologies.
  • To manage all projects to complete successfully, properly and timely until Operation handover, payment complete and project closure.
  • To manage troubleshooting and fixing IP network in case of network outage or issue.
  • To analyse potential local/global partners and negotiate with them for partnership to achieve mutual benefits on technically and commercially effectiveness.
  • To develop standard procedure to optimize the process and improve the work effeicency.
  • To contribue skills and knowledge in team.
  • To support administration/HR tasks, finance and payment tasks (SAP, Kissflow, etc.).
  • To manage budget planning, payment progress and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in related engineering field
  • International recognized certification (e.g. CCNP, CCIE, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years or above IP network experience with following all working environments.

IP network operation and maintenance

IP network design, construction, configuration

IP network project development and management.

  • Minimum 2 years or above experience in team management.
  • Network Planning Knowledge for Mobile/Fixed network
  • Network Design Skill for telecom network
  • Skill & Knowledge how to develop new service
  • IP Routing Knowledge / Switch & Router Configuration
  • Construction of network device
  • UMTS,LTE System Knowledge
  • Project management skills
