Merchandising Team PIC

Position: Merchandising Team PIC (Person in Charge)

Job Overview:

As the Merchandising Team PIC, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our merchandising operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our merchandising team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, monitoring product displays, and ensuring that our products are presented in the best possible way to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Visibility management

• Ensure regions have enough material to keep visibility enhanced for the MPT brand
• Ensure brand tracker scores on visibility are sustained and improved for MPT
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with different teams to ensure POSM is properly produced, installed, and delivered
• Manage the end-to-end production and installation budgeting and payment processes for POSM and seek management approval
• Accurate worker and keeps on time.
• To have strong aspirations.
• Ability to communicate, Teamwork, and be responsible

Qualifications:

• Any bachelors degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in merchandising or retail operations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Office 365 Excel at an advanced level if preferred.
• English is at least a Pre-Intermediate to Intermediate skill.
• Experience in merchandising for Visibility items for branding and promoting.
• The experienced industry should be a telecommunication company.
