About the job Mobile Service Analysis Engineer

To provide following analysis data/reports and take ownership to enhance mobile service performance, cooperating with concerning departments (mainly for Mobile Transmission Part).

To maximize mobile traffic and CX by reducing BTS long-term Outage Site ( more than 7 Days Down) to (less than 300 sites) in FY2023.

To monitor and analyze KPIs of mobile service quality to improve customer satisfaction such as Data throughput analysis by sector (low throughput sector), Voice quality analysis (CSSR, CDR) (Call Setup Success Rate, Call Detail Record, customer feedback investigation and the trend analysis, prepare VOC Feedback Monthly report and identify no issue common area.

To analyze user traffic and system capacity usage to make effective investment for mobile network and gain profit such as traffic analysis for events, holidays, NW incident, analyze traffic and revenue loss for interference townships, analyze traffic on related department PEW activities, evaluate effectiveness of implementation activities.

To develop RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for automation and BI Dashboard for on-demand analysis.

To coordinate with team members to accomplish our responsibilities and train their skills. Also execute the analysis with stakeholders for end-to-end & whole MPT service point of views.
