About the job Customer Complaint Handling Engineer
We are hiring local engineers only and the job requirements are as follows:
-Be an optimization engineer for customer complaint group, responsible to resolve Customer complaint from Internal and external request for Outdoor and Indoor test.
- To co-operate with Tech group, PMO (Project Management Office), Sub Region group and Analysis group to achieve customer experience improvement.
- To co-operate with RF team for new design study, end to end customer feedback resolution and improvement.
- To perform customer feedback analysis based on Atol simulation, OSS Data, drive test. Provide report to Management approval.
- To perform interference analysis with Inhouse drive test team using Spectrum analyzer.
-To coordination and technical support for Benchmark Test within house drive test team.
- To prepare weekly vendor governance to maintain quality of vendor work.
