Fire Safety Manager

Job Description

• To supervise purchasing and installation of Fire Safety PPE and Equipment.
• To conduct Fire Safety related training to understand best safety practices and recognize safety hazards and correct to all employee.
• To conduct Fire Safety inspection to ensure all employees/contractors fully comply with all HSE obligations and prevent from workplace accidents, injuries and illnesses.
• To lead fire incident investigations, and compile & analyze incident statistics and report to Team Manager.
• To Manage the development of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and to establish a culture of Fire Safety.
• To lead and educate HSE PICs to perform Fire Safety inspections of work sites and to ensure compliance with MPT JO & Myanmar Fire Safety Department's Fire Safety Regulations & Requirement.
• Keep and update potential fire hazards assessment records and report to MPT-JO Managements accordingly.
• Conduct firefighting drill and emergency evacuation drill semi-annually for Head Quarter, State& Regional Manager office with related team members.
• Lead Fire Safety activities as a Fire Safety Manager.
• Inspect the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of fire safety procedures and emergency response procedures.
• Good understanding of Fire Safety inspection to prevent Fire hazards and workplace safety rules & regulation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred Engineering filed & Mandatory: Fire Safety Manager Certificate that recommended by Myanmar Fire Services Department).
• At least 5 years of Fire Safety Manager experience.
• Experience in workplace safety and fire safety operations field.
• Effective communication with Myanmar Fire Service Department.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude & self-motivated.
