Business Analysis Manager

Job Description

• To perform revenue forecast report, and operational metrics tracking for success
• To analyze revenue data and create models for decision support.
• To analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends for improvements.
• To evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts for future
• To monitor the revenue report and check the consistency of revenue.
• To work closely with Finance team to provide analysis on gaps between Actual & Plans/Budget
• To do ad-hoc task from management
• Organizing and Team Management
• Accuracy to ensure the data correctness.
• Problem Solving & Motivation to Teams
• Highly motivated and willing to take new challenges.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, finance or business administration
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Association of Chartered Certified
• Accountants (ACCA)-Affiliate (UK) or other accounting related and analytical certificates and diplomas preferred.
• Knowledge on ERP, SQL, Databases, Other Analytical Tools
• Financial and Management skills
• Strong analytical thinking and critical skills
• Communication skill & Subject-specific skills
