Job Description

  • To fully support the deparmental activities under direct supervision by Head or Dy Head.
  • To provide IA documents checking and reporting for the tasks assigned by Head or Dy Head in timely manner.
  • To support Head or Dy Head for respective Internal Audit work manuals and for relevant businesss cases with scheduling.
  • To support Head & Dy Head's budget management and Government Office related activities.
  • To support overall management, to communicate with other JO departments.
  • To support Admin & Planning activities for the time being.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Any bachelor's degree (Preferrable - Business Management & Administration)
  • 2-3 years of experiences in related filed
  • Understanding of Internal Audit activities through in-house trainings
  • Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good communication in English and Interpersonal skill, multitasking skills, schedule management and reporting skills
