About the job Secretary/Coordinator - Internal Audit Department
Job Description
- To fully support the deparmental activities under direct supervision by Head or Dy Head.
- To provide IA documents checking and reporting for the tasks assigned by Head or Dy Head in timely manner.
- To support Head or Dy Head for respective Internal Audit work manuals and for relevant businesss cases with scheduling.
- To support Head & Dy Head's budget management and Government Office related activities.
- To support overall management, to communicate with other JO departments.
- To support Admin & Planning activities for the time being.
Skills/Knowledge
- Any bachelor's degree (Preferrable - Business Management & Administration)
- 2-3 years of experiences in related filed
- Understanding of Internal Audit activities through in-house trainings
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good communication in English and Interpersonal skill, multitasking skills, schedule management and reporting skills
