Office Facility Management - Deputy Manager

This position holder will be assigned as Administration Department and will be responsible for monitoring HQ maintenance work of Air conditioner, Genset, Door Access and other Office Facility Management's periodical works.

Job Description

• To undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations for required sustainable improvement. To suggest guidelines to other team members for their M&E work procedures (Genset & Aircon).
• To liaise with internal teams (other departments), vendors, suppliers for M&E Service
• To plan the project, establish the criteria, coordinate project review, ensure proper implementation of detailed design drawings &M&E layouts for project proposals
• To conduct cost planning, bidding procedures (RFP), payment and project management throughout the entire life cycle of the project from the inception to post completion.
• To create delivery contract with its corresponding rules & regulations
• To lead the technical judgement for upcoming issues and urgent case, inspection and progress report.
• To monitor all the project progress and control both on site and remote control by application (viber group)
• To ensure and confirm the discrepancies, quality of materials and services provided by vendors.
• To conduct all assigned tasks for repairing work from all Headquarter Offices, Yangon Region, State & Region projects.
• To arrange project meeting with team members and contractors as and when required basis.
• To mentor new employee and share the experience by working together for assigned projects
• To do additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Power) or AGTI (Mechanical, Electrical Power) with M&E Certificates
• 3 years and above both on site and management experience in M&E Service on Genest & Aircon
• Good in Computer Aided Design Engineering Software (Auto CAD-2D, 3D, ISO, Revit, Sketchup)
• Good in M&E Maintenance and Project Management
• Able to apply strongly M&E knowledge (Genset & Aircon) & practices fully on current duty assignment.
