About the job Enterprise Risk Management - Deputy Manager
Job Description
- Assist the Department General Manager of Risk Management in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management Workplan.
- Facilitate and drive Enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment exercises with department and business-unit heads
Populate and document department / Business-unit level risks in the risk register template. - Follow-up with department / business-unit heads on proposed mitigation controls and status.
- Conduct periodic review of identified risks in the company's risk universe.
- Conduct annual review of ERM Policy, system and tools to ensure relevance.
Guidelines Investment Risk Management
> Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Investments submitted at the BoD level.
> Perform risk identification and risk assessments for each individual BoD Investment submission
> Support financial analysis and modelling of BoD Investment projects to ensure that projects are financially sound and viable
> Ensure that Investment Guidelines and Procedures are adhered to for every BoD submission
Insurance Management
>To ensure that MPTs insurable risks are addressed via appropriate risk transfer measures via Insurance.
>To ensure General Insurance policies are renewed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
>To lead and manage the insurance claims process in the event of a loss event or catastrophic incident.
Job Requirements
- Degree (Preferably in Accounting, finance or business-related fields)
- At least 3 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance and financial management
- High EQ and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills in English and Myanmar Languages
- Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Basic understanding of risk management concepts
- Basic understanding of the Telecommunications business
