MPT is seeking a Senior Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:

  • Create English and Myanmar SMS content for Customer Retention team's pilot campaign and other requested team's campaign. Create short URL link shared by other teams
  • To create Message template, English and Myanmar in MCCM system based on offer and check Sender ID with Reply Code.
  • To support team leader to execute CVM and BTL campaign by using MCCM system to generate revenue, create Offers and Campaigns
  • To analyze Campaign, retain the customer and prevent the churn. Daily Monitoring and tracking the performance each channel (SMS, USSD, MPT4U, UCC) of CVM, BTL campaign.
  • To monitor SMS delivered rate and given point bonus count. Reporting MPT Club/VAS Campaign SMS delivered rate and analysis.
  • To resolve customer complaints promptly. To monitor the competitor, offer. Tracking and reporting competitor offer tracker.
  • To monitor the schedule of each campaign. Record the Campaign name and period to analyze Revenue Trend


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (Engineering), Diploma in Professional Network Engineering
  • At least 4-year experience in related field
  • Understanding Campaign operation, Configuring and checking campaign
  • Telecommunication skill (Core Network, Radio Access Network)
  • Monitoring, Analyzing Campaign and Reporting
  • MCCM Campaign Configuration
  • Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
