Job Description

• To make effective project management through project management framework to deliver successful outcome aligned with business goals.
• To define project specifications, functions, and features, prepare related documentation considering the variety of perspectives, and create processes and workflows to enhance project efficiency.
• To participate actively in project team activities, support the project leader, and collaborate with team members for project success in a synergistic environment.
• To collaborate with stakeholders to streamline the entire development process from ideation to product release.
• Proficient at overseeing project activities and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Understanding effective approaches for achieving target goals and project deliverables.
• Ability to provide innovative ideas and engage in creative thinking to achieve the expected result.
• Convey information to all key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and actively collaborate with team members to accomplish the goals.
• Manage and resolve conflicts and builds relationships within and outside the team.

Job Requirements

• Experience of Telecoms, IT, Business or any other Data Driven Industries
• Experience of managing and contributing to digital projects related to Telecom and IT, with a particular emphasis on the development and enhancement of telecom-based application systems.
• 3-5 years service experience in project management related to business or Telecom-based IT related digital application projects.
• Project Management Skill and Knowledge (Especially in Telecom-based IT related digital projects)
• Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
