About the job B2B Service Engineer

  • To monitor/troubleshoot/recover B2B related transmission network with 24/7 base shift duty.
  • To handle and troubleshoot the complaints from all B2B customers, 24/7 base shift duty.
  • To maintain the B2B service network availability 99.9%.
  • To attend the technical and soft skill trainings for team development and individual development.
  • To do co-operation with relevant team and maintenance team to restore the service as soon as possible to get the customer's satisfaction.
  • To report the progress of complaint's troubleshooting status to customer via phone and mail in a timely manner
