Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Consultant to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions to improve our consumer sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on consumer sales, and be able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- To create and provide progress reports to the sales teams for each sales program to communicate with their partners to achieve the target.
- To analyze present all sale events performance for quick decision making.
- To calculate forecast of achievement & budget Payout.
- Updating regular Dashboards and creating many detailed micro level analyses for business growth.
- To cooperate with related teams for issue alignment of report data.
- To create excellent Go TO Market Strategies for Short Term and Long-Term Business continuity.
- Work with large, complex data sets, including data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis.
- Be able to establish the database then make progress based on requirement.
- To check the data quality in raw data and find out the root cause.
- Should be an excellent team player and shall be in condition to have cross functional alignment across the departments and channel partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering / computer science / mathematics is required and a Management (MBA) degree is added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in telecom industry or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experiences in data analysis tools and software such as Database SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of consumer sales processes and strategies is a plus.
