The Trade Marketing Supervisor supports the execution of store opening trade marketing initiatives to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality in-store execution across the store network.

This role is ideal for a junior marketer or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure to retail marketing, visual merchandising, and in-store execution within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Opening Support

  • Support marketing execution for new store openings, including:
  • Opening store marketing support materials
  • Coordination of CAPEX signage, posters, banners, and VM assets
  • Assist in tracking store readiness and execution completion

Trade Marketing & In-Store Programs

  • Assist in the rollout of key trade marketing initiatives, including:
  • Visual Merchandising (VM) Project Level-Up projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct in-store execution

Coordination & Execution Tracking

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (RTM / Store Operations, VM, Warehouse)
  • Liaise with suppliers and printers for marketing materials when required 
  • Maintain simple trackers, checklists, and execution logs

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Prepare basic execution reports and photo documentation
  • Support Managers in updating project trackers and following up action items
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of execution-related documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 0–2 years experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail operations, or related roles
  • Fresh graduates with internship or on-ground execution exposure are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams
  • Willingness to do on-ground and operational work
  • Basic understanding of retail or store operations is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic presentation tools
