ESG Coordinator
About the job ESG Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate ESG data collection, track submissions, and follow up with departments
- Maintain ESG trackers, calendars, and documentation of policies, certifications, photos, data sheets.
- Assist in organizing ESG trainings, workshops, and alignment meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Support preparation of presentations, handouts, and basic design tasks.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Track progress of ESG initiatives against timelines and KPIs.
- Assist with CSR programs as needed.
- Take ownership of assigned ESG tasks under supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related interdisciplinary fields.
- 0–2 years in ESG, sustainability programs, project coordination, or events. Exposure to data collection, reporting support, or cross-department coordination is an advantage.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and willing to learn ESG basics, Good communicator, Team player, Fast learner, able and willing to learn ESG.
- Project coordination and administrative tools
- Basic MS Office / Google Workspace, Basic data entry & documentation via Excel and Google Sheet.
- Presentation preparation, Event coordination, and documentation.
