Support the Creatives Assistant Manager in the rapid execution and rollout of creative assets for new store launches across a fast-growing store network.
This role is highly executional and deadline-driven, focused on adapting approved concepts into production-ready assets for Soft Openings and Grand Openings, ensuring all materials are on-brand, technically sound, and delivered on time to meet tight opening schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production of creative assets for new store openings, including CAPEX signages and small-format collaterals (e.g., lamp post banners, tombstones, T-stands, directional ads, wayfinding, etc.).
- Adapt concepts and directions from the Creatives Assistant Manager into print- and fabrication-ready materials across multiple formats and sizes.
- Provide copywriting support for short-form copy, captions, and on-ground messaging as needed.
- Ensure all outputs meet technical specs, production requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Deliver final files within aggressive timelines to support fabrication, printing, and installation ahead of Soft Opening and Grand Opening dates.
- Maintain and update creatives asset library for new store openings.
- Ensure all files are clearly labeled and ready for handover to internal teams and external vendors.
- Actively support Creative reviews, brainstorms, and optimizations.
- Work closely with the Creatives Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across multiple simultaneous store openings.
- Adhere strictly to Creative team workflows and SOPs to ensure speed, consistency, and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, or Design.
- At least 3 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team, preferably supporting retail, BTL, or on-ground marketing campaigns.
- Strong executional skills in design for BTL advertising, mock-ups and basic perspectives.
- Basic Copywriting skills are preferred but not a requirement
- Familiarity with BTL production specs (signages, billboards, wayfinding, lamp post banners, transit ads, etc).
- Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven.
- Execution-focused, deadline-driven, collaborative, eager to learn, and proactive in delivering high-quality outputs that support a rapid store network expansion.
