As an IT Support Staff, you will be responsible in providing essential first level IT technical support for our warehouse operations on the graveyard shift to support the 24/7 warehouse operations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure the continuous functionality of warehouse systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide prompt, first-level IT support to warehouse staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and barcode printers.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance for warehouse workstations, printers, Wi-Fi access points, and other network devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic networking issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, access points.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and preventive actions taken.
  • Report recurring issues and recommend improvements to streamline warehouse IT operations.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, handheld devices, scanners).
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, access points, and switches).
  • Amenable to work graveyard shift and weekends.
