The Visual Merchandising Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing in-store product displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in planning layouts, selecting fixtures, and creating merchandising manuals.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and measure the impact of merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to guide store staff and managers.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to retail trends and customer preferences.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills for reporting and compliance
