Key Responsibilities
- Branch IT Infrastructure: Oversee IT systems across multiple retail branches, ensuring reliable POS, inventory, and connectivity.
- Systems Optimization: Analyze and upgrade current systems to support scalability and efficiency.
- Policy & Security Governance: Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity across all branches.
- Software Development Oversight: Manage end-to-end software development and system enhancements, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Network & Data Security: Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive solutions.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Manage IT vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and cost-effective solutions.
- Disaster Recovery & Continuity: Establish and maintain disaster recovery plans to safeguard branch operations.
- Cross-Department Integration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to align IT systems with business objectives.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee IT budget allocation, ensuring resources support expansion and operational needs.
- Change Management: Lead IT change initiatives, training branch staff and ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in IT or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in IT management, preferably in retail or multi-branch operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of accounting systems, POS platforms, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work as a team player and coordinate across departments.
- Compliance & Data Privacy: Familiarity with data protection laws and customer data security.
- Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve company objectives and support retail expansion initiatives.
