We are seeking a talented and imaginative Creative Designer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be producing digital-first assets (static, GIFs, and short-form videos 630s) tailored for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. This role focuses on execution and adaptation, ensuring assets are on-brand, technically sound, and campaign-ready contributing directly to MR.DIYs digital-first creative impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute production of digital-first creative assets (static, GIFs, short-form video). 
  • Adapt concepts from Creatives Assistant Manager into platform-ready formats. 
  • Provide copywriting support (captions, scripts, short copy). 
  • Ensure all outputs meet platform specs and brand guidelines. 
  • Deliver files on time for campaign and media schedules. 
  • Maintain and update digital creative asset library. 
  • Actively support Creative reviews, brainstorms, and optimizations. 

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs 

1. Creative Output & Quality 

Deliver 100% of executional assets per campaign as assigned. 

  • Maintain <10% revision rate after first submission. 
  • Ensure all assets are aligned with the Creative Assistant Managers concept direction. 

2. Platform-Led Relevance & Innovation 

Produce 3 platform-compliant asset versions per campaign (e.g., TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google). 

  • Provide 1 suggestion per campaign for creative improvements or adaptations. 

3. Timeliness & Execution Ownership 

  • 100% on-time delivery of assigned creative assets. 
  • Zero campaign delays due to asset readiness. 

4. Performance Contribution 

Support Assistant Manager in testing creatives by providing accurate, ready-to-launch variations. 

  • Contribute to campaigns that achieve 10% uplift vs baseline boosted posts. 
  • Ensure all delivered assets are optimized for performance benchmarks (CTR, ER, VTR). 

5. Collaboration & Process Excellence 

  • Positive quarterly feedback from Assistant Manager and Digital team on support and responsiveness. 
  • Adhere to Creative team workflows and SOPs with zero missed checkpoints. 
  • Active participation in brainstorms and campaign creative reviews. 

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  • Background: ~3 years in digital design, copywriting, or content production. Agency or in-house creative team background preferred. 

Skills: 

  • Strong executional skills in design, GIF, and short-form video editing. 
  • Basic but solid copywriting ability for captions and scripts. 
  • Familiarity with platform specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google). 
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.). 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven. 
  • Mindset: Execution-focused, collaborative, eager to learn, and proactive in delivering high-quality outputs that support bigger campaign ideas.
