The Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that our company's products and services meet all applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining product compliance strategies and processes, collaborating with various teams, and conducting regular assessments to ensure products are in compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay up-to-date with local, national and international regulations and standards relevant to the company's products.

  • Ensure that products meet all applicable regulatory requirements, including safety, environmental, and quality standards.

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure the company's products meet legal and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including import team, legal departments and MY Compliance team (HQ), to align product compliance efforts with business goals.

  • Develop and maintain databases accurately with up-to-date records of product compliance activities and documentation.

  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.

  • Manage relationships with testing laboratories, certification bodies and local authorities.

  • Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • Provide training and education to employees on compliance issues and requirements.

  • Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

  • Assist external auditors or regulatory authorities during inspections.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs and product compliance.

  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitasking and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Amenable to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
