About the job Recruitment Officer

As a Recruitment Officer, you are the primary point of contact for new employees, providing support and resources throughout their onboarding journey. In addition, you are also responsible for aligning the agency's workforce solutions with the needs of the organization. This position focuses on building strong relationships with agency partners and ensuring that the agency meets and effectively delivers recruitment and management services by leveraging strong relationships, strategic insights, and compliance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding

Coordinates and conducts onboarding and orienting of new employees including providing information about company policies benefits and responsibilities aligned to their assignment, level and position. This includes:

  • Pre-Onboarding Preparation: Prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is ready before their start date.
  • Orientation Facilitation: Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new hires, introducing them to company culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Logistical Arrangements: Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding, including workspace setup, IT equipment provisioning, and access to necessary tools and resources.
  • Monitoring: Monitor the progress of new hires during their onboarding period based on a 30-60-90 days onboarding plan.
  • Feedback: Collect feedback from new employees about the onboarding experience to identify areas for improvement to ensure successful integration
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Gather feedback from new hires and hiring managers about the onboarding process to identify areas for improvement.

Agency Management

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Oversee and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies to ensure they understand and meet the company's manpower requirements. This includes regular communication, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions to ensure service quality and alignment with business needs.
  • Managing the Hiring Process: Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding of agency hires and ensure complete headcount plantilla based on the requirements needed. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Advisory Role: Acting as a trusted advisor, guides business leaders on various HR issues, including compliance, employee conflicts, and policy implementation. They help diagnose people priorities and create actionable plans to address them
  • Metrics and Analytics: Measure recruitment effectiveness by analyzing metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires. Updating agency reports, databases including employment activity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Tracks and updates current trends and information regarding the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and local laws regarding employment practices.
  • Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Capable of planning and managing tasks with minimal supervision and within time constraints
  • Willing to work onsite from Mondays to Fridays from 9 AM to 6 PM
