Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new MR. DIY and MR. TOY stores.
  • Conduct foot traffic counts of proposed store locations.
  • Receive and accept delivery of merchandise.
  • Assemble and install fixtures, including gondola accessories.
  • Inspect store renovations for completion and quality, including gondola installation.
  • Organize stocks, own-use items, and merchandise.
  • Arrange and display merchandise in accordance with store standards.
  • Install the QUBE and POS systems.
  • Create and set up price labels for all products.
  • Inspect merchandise for damages and return items beyond repair to the warehouse.
  • Do general clean-up of the store after set-up work.
  • Conduct handover to the retail team upon store completion.
  • Conduct a competitor check for price comparison when necessary.
  • Coordinate any issues or incidents with the Set-Up Team Supervisor.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the Set-Up Team Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably a technical vocational (tech-voc) graduate or college-level, but not required.
  • Experience in store setup and product arrangement.
  • Ability to lift and move items and boxes.
  • Willing to travel to various locations within the Philippines.
  • Amenable to report to the Head Office in Marikina City when needed.
