About the job Quality Management Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive store DM files and data verification
  • Perform and process the store DM file into Qube C2 store system and update in timely manner
  • Feedback store of the errors found in the DM file/s during verification and ask for the revisions if needed
  • Notify the store through automated email on the relevant details of DM file status daily
  • Communicate the assigned stores for the reminders of DM file sending schedule daily
  • Receiving Accessory Request Note (ARN) forms send by stores daily and maintenance store ARN records
  • Feedback to the relevant store for the status details of ARN items request
  • Liaise and response promptly to the relevant stores for the inquiries and assistance needed
  • Maintenance of store damage record received daily for easy tracking and pull out data.

Job Requirements

· Candidate must graduate of Any 4 Years course.

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Quality Management.

Required Skills

  • Detail-Oriented, Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Have Knowledge in Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in PPT.
