MR DIY Philippines is currently in need of 3 HRBP to manage and oversee the day to day of Store Operations, Warehouse Operations and Head Office Operations.

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and partner depending on where he/she will be assigned, aligning HR strategies with the company's business goals. The HRBP supports the organization by developing and implementing people strategies that drive business performance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail business operations and workforce challenges.
  • Expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to work effectively with retail leaders and employees.
  • Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is an advantage but not required.
