About the job AREA MANAGER - MARIKINA CITY/PASIG
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with at least 8 Year(s) of Managerial experience in F&B or Retail Industry
Required Skill(s): Excellent Organizational, Communication, & Leadership Skills, Coaching Skills, People Management Skills, and Time Management Skills
Proficient in accounting systems or similar platforms, Microsoft Office
Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time
Strong drive towards fulfilment of company’s goals
Manages up to 80-150 stores.
Manages the North Luzon Stores.
Ensure all pending store maintenance issues are solved from time to time.
To ensure all in-store assignments directed / published are executed and complying with SOP.
To ensure that marketing efforts are consistent across all stores assigned.
To ensure store assignments adheres to company policy & industry regulations.
Work closely with the team to establish projects, objectives, timeliness, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
Creates report & presentation to summarize findings of incidents, unachieved sales targets & high losses.
Evaluating competitor through market research and survey.
Researching demands of market research and survey.
Review, forecast and plan succeeding/future zonal & departmental needs.
Other job-related tasks may be assigned from time to time.
