Job Description
- Lead ESG data consolidation, validation, and analysis across departments.
- Maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor ESG KPIs and inform program priorities.
- Interpret and apply prominent ESG frameworks to provide actionable insights for program execution.
- Support preparation of Sustainability Reports and internal ESG reports aligned with reporting standards.
- Collaborate with departments to gather data, provide guidance, and ensure internal buy-in for ESG programs.
- Support ESG trainings and workshops: prepare materials, co-facilitate sessions, and track participation.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve program design, efficiency, or impact based on reporting insights.
- Support monthly ESG alignment meetings: prepare materials, follow up on action items, and document outcomes.
- Work closely with ESG Coordinator and Assistant Manager to ensure programs are data-driven and meet KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, research/analytics, or project coordination.
- Experience with ESG data, GHG calculations, or reporting is an advantage
- ESG reporting familiarity (GRI, IFRS S1/S2, GHG Protocol, CDP)
- Data analysis and visualization in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, validation)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, Docs)
- Basic Presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva or similar platforms.)
