KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and monitor timely and fair resolution of employee disciplinary cases.
  • Support the HR Business Partner in conducting investigations by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and preparing reports, notices, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and other HR functions to ensure proper case handling, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in all HR practices.
  • Process employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and other changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Handle disciplinary notices, documentation, and case resolutions in accordance with due process and company standards.
  • Develop, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support performance management programs to drive employee growth and accountability.
  • Manage the employee exit process, including clearances, exit interviews, and final documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant offboarding experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations, case handling, and investigations.
  • Knowledgeable on Philippine labor law and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
