About the job Employee Relations Staff (Reliever)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor timely and fair resolution of employee disciplinary cases.
- Support the HR Business Partner in conducting investigations by gathering evidence, documenting findings, and preparing reports, notices, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and other HR functions to ensure proper case handling, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in all HR practices.
- Process employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and other changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Handle disciplinary notices, documentation, and case resolutions in accordance with due process and company standards.
- Develop, plan, and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and support performance management programs to drive employee growth and accountability.
- Manage the employee exit process, including clearances, exit interviews, and final documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant offboarding experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations, case handling, and investigations.
- Knowledgeable on Philippine labor law and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
