POSITION: Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist
LOCATION: Remote, working with a Canadian Retailer
HOURS: EASTERN STANDARD HOURS WEEKDAYS/WEEKENDS SHIFTS
SALARY: 4,200 MAD/MONTH (3 shifts per week), PLUS 10% BONUS
MS2 Bilingual is a boutique consulting firm that specializes bilingual talent in customer service, ecommerce, sales and IT. We are located in Toronto, Canada and work with retailers across North America to optimize and streamline back-office activities & customer service activities.
You will work with a Canadian Retailer providing customers with a great experience that keeps them shopping! You will work as part of a team to help customers via telephone or email, and to ensure any issues are resolved accurately and quickly.
This is a part-time role working a 3days/week 8 hour shifts during North American business hours. .Must be available to work nights, and weekends
The role is remote and WFH. You must have a quiet and suitable work environment.
What you will do in this role
Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues, from billing and shipping issues to helping customers navigate the website.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information.
- Research product information and the website to stay informed and assist in customer interactions.
- Be friendly, professional, and solution-focused in every customer interaction.
- Provide wardrobe solutions by offering coordinating items or other wardrobe essentials.
- Be a team player by looking out for colleagues and helping whenever possible.
- Provide support to management and the customer service department.
- Track all hours worked and submit a weekly timesheet.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as prescribed.
And your qualifications include
- Fluency in English and French. Both spoken and written. Must be able to clearly communicate clearly.
- Ideally at least 1 year in customer service role in retail or ecommerce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with popular tools like is a plus
- Awesome organizational & interpersonal skills, especially phone etiquette
