About the Role

MS2 Bilingual is proactively recruiting experienced IT Technical Support professionals in Morocco for upcoming offshore opportunities with our international clients.

Youll play a key role in providing remote assistance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth system performance for global users.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote IT assistance via chat, email, or phone
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams
  • Document technical incidents and resolutions accurately
  • Maintain strong client communication and service quality

  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
    • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
    • Reliable internet connection and professional workspace
    • Flexibility to work international schedules
