About the Role

Were looking for a Recruitment and Projects Manager to lead our bilingual recruitment efforts and contribute across several key areas of the business. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and an interest in business development, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Client Delivery:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
  • Post and manage job listings across various platforms integrating into our ATS.
  • Source bilingual candidates (French & English) across Canada, Morocco and other global pools.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and updates in our ATS
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages
  • Support offer negotiations and handover to HR/onboarding

Project & Business Support:

  • Support marketing efforts by creating content in Canva and writing social posts or blog articles
  • Assist in managing client accounts and recruitment projects
  • Contribute to internal process development and operational growth initiatives
  • Build partnerships with schools, employment services, and cultural organizations across Canada

Who You Are

  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency experience is a plus)
  • Background or interest in account management, project coordination, or sales
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and wearing multiple hats
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
  • University degree in business, HR, communications, or a related field
