About the job Senior Service Operations Coordinator
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic approaches for analyzing dealer performance data, ensuring actionable insights are communicated effectively. /Growth strategy KPI, allocation KPI etc... /
- Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. /NPS, VOC/
- Establish performance benchmarks against industry standards and best practices to evaluate dealer efficiency and effectiveness.

Creating Power BI reporting of PL
- Support the service operation team in daily operations and collaborate with the technical and training teams to streamline processes.
- Assist in training new staff on operation procedures and operational systems. Define the HVB disposal and collection scheme in collaboration with stakeholders, develop a complete SOP, and formulate annual initiative plans with clear goals, targets, and budget.
Requirements

Bachelor degree related field Finance, Accounting, Data analysis, Business administration;

At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, automotive, or related roles;

Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus)

Experience in finance or accounting, Data analysis skill

Business analyst, business improvement experience is a plus;

Strong ability in data analysis and calculations related to supply chain management.
