About the job Marketing Specialist
Purpose of the Role:
To support the implementation of marketing strategies that strengthen company's brand presence in the Mongolian market, increase consumer awareness and engagement, and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Plan and organize promotional campaigns and activation events

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute brand-related marketing activities

Analyze consumer behavior and market trends

Monitor and manage marketing budgets efficiently
-
Manage content development for both online and offline channels

Support the evaluation of marketing performance and provide reports
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in FMCG is a plus)

Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)

Creative thinker with strong initiative

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Analytical and reporting abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an international company

Prior experience in the tobacco or nicotine industry is an advantage

Hands-on experience managing branding or marketing projects independently
