About the job Marketing Specialist

Purpose of the Role:
To support the implementation of marketing strategies that strengthen company's brand presence in the Mongolian market, increase consumer awareness and engagement, and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Plan and organize promotional campaigns and activation events

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute brand-related marketing activities

  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends

  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets efficiently

  • Manage content development for both online and offline channels

  • Support the evaluation of marketing performance and provide reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in FMCG is a plus)

  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)

  • Creative thinker with strong initiative

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Analytical and reporting abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an international company

  • Prior experience in the tobacco or nicotine industry is an advantage

  • Hands-on experience managing branding or marketing projects independently
