About the job Head of legal department
Key Responsibilities:

Represent and protect the companys legal interests in all disputes and proceedings with the Anti-Corruption Agency, police, courts, and arbitration institutions.

Represent the company, within the authorized scope, before law enforcement, government, non-governmental, and other relevant organizations on legal matters.

Represent the company in disputes arising from violations of internal rules, regulations, or procedures related to company operations.

Provide legal advice and professional support to the companys management and other departments within the scope of assigned duties.

Advise company departments on the proper application and interpretation of legal provisions.
-
Represent the company, under official authorization, in legal and judicial proceedings conducted by domestic and foreign authorities.

Ensure the implementation and fulfillment of all types of contracts related to company operations, submit legal claims when necessary, and handle disputes through judicial and non-judicial procedures.
Requirements:
Education:

Bachelors degree or higher in Law or Legal Studies.

Must have passed the Professional Lawyers Qualification Examination.
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years of professional legal experience (experience in team leadership is an advantage).

Specialization or work experience in Contract Law.

Strong legal application skills in public and private law relations.

Proven experience representing clients or organizations in court.

Proficiency in Mongolian legal writing, documentation, and record management.

Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
